Alisalih Üçgül is a driven Business Management student specializing in Human Resource Management at the International Business School in Budapest. Currently in his second year, he has already demonstrated strong leadership and mentoring capabilities by supporting first-year students in their academic journey. His academic interests extend beyond HRM into areas such as project management, data analysis, and information technology, reflecting a multidisciplinary approach to modern business challenges.
With a solid foundation in programming, Alisalih has developed and contributed to several digital projects. As a Co-Founder and Lead Developer at Gameoloji, he independently created games such as “Egg it Up” and “Numberbang” using Unity, while also designing textures and 3D models with tools like Photoshop and Blender. His role extended to overseeing development processes, maintaining code quality, and managing the publishing of applications on mobile platforms. Additionally, he designed company branding and developed a functional website using Hugo, demonstrating both technical and creative expertise.
Alongside his development work, Alisalih has experience as an IT and Programming Tutor, where he delivered lectures on programming languages including Python, C, C#, and Lua. He also taught topics such as database integration, office software, artificial intelligence fundamentals, and Unix-like operating systems. His teaching approach emphasizes clarity, engagement, and adaptability to student needs.
Fluent in English at a C2 level and a native speaker of Turkish, with basic German skills, Alisalih combines strong communication abilities with technical proficiency.
