Andrei Ioan Muresan is an accomplished legal researcher and human rights advocate whose work bridges academic scholarship, policy analysis, and international legal practice. With experience spanning Switzerland, Latvia, the Netherlands, Denmark, and Malta, he has developed a distinctive profile at the intersection of international law, human rights protection, and cross-border regulatory governance.
As a Senior Research Fellow at the European Institute of Policy Research and Human Rights, Andrei contributes to high-impact research on contemporary human rights issues, producing academically rigorous publications and policy analyses. His work reinforces institutional credibility and supports advocacy efforts within EU and international legal frameworks. In parallel, he serves as an Academic Researcher and Writer at the International Journal for Crime Law and AI, where he examines the evolving relationship between international law, global governance, and socio-political tensions, including trade-related disputes between Italy and Austria.
Andrei is also a dedicated human rights advocate, volunteering with Justice pour Tous Internationale.
