CyJurII Research Yearbook
2025
This inaugural volume gathers the research produced by our members across 2025, a year in which CyJurII's scholarly output matured considerably. Readers will find work on the regulation of artificial intelligence, the historical development of norms against cybercrime, the contested boundaries of digital sovereignty, doctrinal frameworks for transnational digital justice, the mechanisms that regional and international bodies use to combat cybercrime, and proposals for a unified global cyber jurisprudence framework. The collection closes with my own contribution on the evolution of cyberneticism within legal doctrine, offered in the same spirit of open inquiry as the chapters that precede it. To download
