Bacem Benltaief is a focused and dynamic Jurist based in Tunis, Tunisia, with a specialized background in Tax Law and Financial Litigation. He earned his Master’s degree in Tax Law from the Faculty of Legal, Political, and Social Sciences of Tunis, graduating with merit. Prior to his postgraduate studies, he completed a Bachelor’s degree in Public Law at the same institution.
Benltaief has gained significant practical experience through his tenure at the Ben Omran Lawyers Group, where he served as a Legal Intern. During this period, he assisted in handling complex tax law cases, conducted extensive legal research, and drafted essential legal documentation. Notably, he integrated real-life case studies from his firm experience into his master's thesis, demonstrating a commitment to bridging the gap between academic theory and practical legal application.
A polyglot, Benltaief is fluent in Arabic and English, with conversational proficiency in French.
