He is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations at the Faculty of International Relations, University of Economics in Bratislava, while complementing his studies through Erasmus+ exchange programs at Jagiellonian University in Kraków and the University of Iceland in Reykjavík, with a strong academic focus on diplomacy, political science, economics, and Arctic affairs.
David has accumulated diverse professional experience at the intersection of public policy, communications, and digital governance. He has worked with the European Commission Representation in Slovakia, where he contributed to press monitoring, disinformation analysis, and EU-focused editorial content. Within Slovakia’s Ministry of Investment, Regional Development and Informatisation, he supported the implementation of the national Recovery and Resilience Plan, particularly projects aimed at improving digital inclusion and skills among senior citizens.
His political and civic engagement includes multiple roles within the Christian Democratic Movement (KDH), where he served as Community Manager, Content Creator, and Assistant in the Department of Foreign Relations. In these capacities, he managed social media communications, developed audiovisual and graphic content, supported diplomatic correspondence, and contributed to political marketing and campaign strategy. He has also worked as a Social Media and Brand Strategy Manager in the private sector, leading content production, podcast coordination, and brand development initiatives to enhance public engagement.
David’s profile is further strengthened by extensive participation in international leadership and democracy programs, including the Youth Democratic Leadership Academy (NDI), Council of Europe youth initiatives, Visegrad Youth Forum, and several Erasmus+ projects focused on digital literacy, rural development, and intercultural dialogue. These experiences reflect his sustained commitment to democratic participation, youth mobilization, and European cooperation. Technically, David combines strong digital skills—ranging from graphic design, video editing, and web support to data and office systems—with excellent multilingual capabilities. He speaks Slovak (C2), English (C1), German (B1), and Polish (B1).
Driven by a belief in informed civic participation, David is actively involved in volunteer work with youth and policy-oriented organizations, where his long-term goal is to empower young people to engage meaningfully in politics, public life, and societal development across Europe.
