Eniola Dele-Ofik

Eniola Dele-Ofik is a Nigerian legal practitioner and emerging legal researcher with a growing professional focus on corporate and commercial law, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, dispute resolution, litigation, and data protection and privacy. A graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of Lagos, Eniola was admitted to the Nigerian Bar after completing the Barrister-at-Law (BL) programme at the Nigerian Law School, Yenagoa. His academic and professional development reflects a strong commitment to continuous learning, practical legal training, and the effective application of law to contemporary legal and regulatory challenges.

Eniola has gained practical exposure across judicial and private-practice environments. As a Legal Extern at the Lagos State Magistrate Court, Eti-Osa, he supported court administration, prepared and processed court returns, maintained case documentation, and assisted with legal research and communication concerning criminal matters. He previously completed legal externships at B.B Kpobe & Co and the Rivers State Magistrate Court, where he developed practical knowledge of litigation, courtroom procedure, judicial decision-making, advocacy, legal research, and procedural and substantive law.

His professional experience also includes internships with Hilton Top Solicitors, Vernia Legal Practitioners, and Olalekan Yusuf SAN & Co. At Hilton Top Solicitors, he explored emerging areas of technology law, including blockchain and cryptocurrency, while contributing to a team assignment as a group leader. His earlier internships strengthened his experience in legal research, case preparation, regulatory compliance, due diligence, government filings, teamwork, and public speaking.

Eniola possesses strong legal research and writing abilities, contract and pleading-drafting skills, case analysis, problem-solving, and effective oral and written communication. He is proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research platforms including Law Pavilion and LexisNexis. His additional training in communication, leadership, content writing, product management, and digital business development demonstrates a broader interest in the intersection of law, technology, and innovation.

With a strong foundation in Nigerian legal practice and an expanding interest in emerging technology law, Eniola is committed to developing as a versatile legal professional and contributing to contemporary legal scholarship and practice, particularly in areas where law, regulation, privacy, intellectual property, and technological transformation intersect.
