Faisal Irfan

Faisal Irfan is a dedicated legal professional with hands-on experience as a paralegal and legal intern, with exposure to both U.S. and Pakistani legal systems. His cross-jurisdictional experience has enhanced my capabilities in legal research, drafting contracts and pleadings, conducting compliance reviews, and providing litigation support across civil, commercial, and regulatory matters.

He has assisted attorneys in case preparation, document review, and courtroom proceedings before various forums in Pakistan, developing a strong command of legal analysis, procedural strategy, and attention to detail.

His  academic training includes coursework in Intellectual Property Law, Media Law, Taxation, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He has also authored a research project titled “Delay in Justice: Implications on Fundamental Rights – A Case Study of the Security of Person.” Driven by a commitment to access to justice and continuous learning, He aims to contribute meaningful scholarship in the field of cyber law through CyJurII Scholars, while further strengthening my expertise in emerging legal frameworks."
