Mohamad Ali

Mohamad Ali is a dedicated legal professional with over five years of experience in contract law, litigation support, and legal advisory services across humanitarian, private, and consultancy sectors. With a strong academic foundation, he holds a Master’s degree in Law from the Lebanese University, specializing in Contract Law, Arbitration, and Business Law, along with a Bachelor of Law from the same institution. He also completed notary public training, enhancing his practical legal expertise.

Currently, Mohamad serves as a Legal Support and TBA Focal Point with INTERSOS in Tripoli, Lebanon, where he plays a key role in coordinating with the Tripoli Bar Association and overseeing legal case management. His work focuses on sensitive areas such as gender-based violence, child protection, statelessness, and travel authorization, ensuring access to justice for vulnerable populations. He is responsible for supervising legal teams, allocating cases, and ensuring compliance with legal procedures while maintaining high standards of reporting and documentation.

In parallel, Mohamad works as a freelance Contract Specialist, providing comprehensive legal services to individuals, SMEs, and organizations.
