Safaa Fellah

Safaa Fellah is a law graduate and emerging legal researcher specializing in business law, legal research, corporate law, and the evolving relationship between law and technology. Based in Casablanca, Morocco, she holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Business Law from University Hassan II and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Law at the same institution. Her academic and professional development reflects a strong interest in applying rigorous legal analysis to contemporary commercial and regulatory challenges.

Safaa has gained practical experience through several legal training and research positions. She currently works as a Junior Business Lawyer Intern at Guilex, where she conducts legal research under Moroccan, Guinean, and OHADA law, assists in drafting contracts and legal documents, supports seminars and strategic projects, and contributes to legislative monitoring and platform documentation. She previously served as a Legal Research Intern with Let’s Learn Law, conducting comparative research on statutes, case law, and international regulations while preparing and editing legal documents and developing recommendations with legal teams.

Her experience also includes participation in the Judicial Clinic at University Hassan II, where she conducted detailed research on statutes and case law, assisted in preparing legal documents and memoranda, participated in case-strategy development, and engaged in client consultations. These experiences have strengthened her capacity for legal writing, statutory interpretation, case analysis, and practical problem-solving.

Safaa has also developed a growing publication profile, contributing legal insights and research notes during internships and academic projects. Her published work addresses contemporary issues including contract validity, trust-based governance, and the legal challenges of artificial intelligence in decision-making. She has additionally undertaken training in entrepreneurship, digital marketing, and project management.
