Seta Windari, S.H., is an Indonesian law graduate and early-career legal professional with demonstrated expertise in legal research, legal drafting, litigation support, and regulatory analysis. She holds a Bachelor of Law (S.H.) from Universitas Esa Unggul, Bekasi, where she graduated with a strong academic record (GPA 3.60/4.00) and completed focused coursework in company law, trade law, labour law, international law, and personal data protection. Her academic foundation is complemented by practical exposure across courts, law offices, and independent research engagements.
Ms. Windari currently works as a freelance Legal Research Assistant, providing remote legal research and drafting support to diverse clients. In this role, she conducts statutory, case law, and regulatory research; prepares structured legal opinions; drafts pleadings, contracts, and correspondence; and supports academic publications through citation verification and substantive content refinement. Her ability to manage multiple assignments independently while meeting strict deadlines reflects strong organizational discipline and analytical rigor.
