Taron Nazaryan

Taron Nazaryan is an emerging corporate lawyer, legal researcher, and human rights advocate whose work combines commercial law, international legal practice, and public interest advocacy. With experience across law firms, legal clinics, and international human rights initiatives, he has developed a multidisciplinary legal profile that bridges corporate advisory with international and public law.

Currently completing his Bachelor of Laws at the French University in Armenia (UFAR), in partnership with Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3, Taron also broadened his legal education through the Erasmus Programme at Saarland University in Germany. His academic training has provided a strong foundation in corporate law, commercial transactions, comparative legal systems, and international legal practice.

Professionally, Taron serves as a Junior Associate at Andersen Legal, where he assists with drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, litigation management, and corporate legal advisory. He also serves as a Legal Counsel and Board Member at the UFAR Legal Clinic, providing legal advice, conducting legal research, and supporting access to justice initiatives. His previous internship at Bayle & Hasbanian Law Firm in Paris strengthened his expertise in commercial contracts, client counseling, and cross-border legal practice. Earlier, as a Legal Observer with the NGO Protection of Rights Without Borders, he monitored proceedings before Armenia's Anti-Corruption Court and analyzed judicial processes, reflecting his enduring commitment to transparency and the rule of law.

Beyond legal practice, Taron has actively engaged in international advocacy and legal competitions. He was a finalist in the 48th Jean Pictet Competition, a member of the winning team in the Moot Court on the Crime of Genocide, and has completed specialized training in arbitration, entrepreneurship, and human rights. His volunteer work with the Artsakh International Legal Initiative, where he drafted applications to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), further demonstrates his dedication to international justice and human rights protection.
