Zineb Elkhaldi

Zineb Elkhaldi is an emerging interdisciplinary professional whose academic and professional background bridges International Relations and Computer Science, enabling her to address complex global challenges through both policy analysis and technology-driven solutions. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Al Akhawayn University in Morocco, she has developed expertise in technical research, digital governance, project coordination, and evidence-based policy development. Her multidisciplinary approach allows her to combine analytical rigor with technical proficiency to support informed decision-making in rapidly evolving international and digital environments.

Throughout her academic journey, Zineb has held several research and leadership-oriented positions at Al Akhawayn University. As a Teacher’s Assistant, she conducted research on international relations, contributed to curriculum development, and supported innovative teaching methodologies. As an Academic Cluster Assistant Intern, she coordinated workshops, faculty events, and international academic initiatives, including the university’s inaugural summit on “Engaged Liberal Arts & Sciences in the Global South,” facilitating collaboration among scholars from diverse regions. She also strengthened communication between students and faculty by serving as an academic coordinator and representative.

Her experience extends into research-driven project management and technology consulting. As a Project Assistant, she utilized large language models (LLMs) to generate narrative scripts and country-profile presentations while expanding educational resource databases. During her internship as a Software Consultant at Leyton, she gained practical experience in research and development reporting, complementing her growing expertise in digital innovation.

Zineb possesses strong technical skills in Python, Java, C, MySQL, HTML/CSS, data encryption, network operations, and AI prompting, alongside expertise in qualitative and quantitative research, stakeholder engagement, project management, and policy synthesis. Certified in encryption, data protection, digital rights, and web development, she is passionate about advancing ethical digital governance and leveraging technology to support sustainable development, international cooperation, and data-informed policymaking. She is committed to building innovative, interdisciplinary solutions that bridge technology and public policy in an increasingly interconnected world.
