Divesh Chauhan is an emerging legal academic and researcher specializing in the intersection of artificial intelligence, cyber law, intellectual property, and data protection. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor at ICFAI Law School, The ICFAI University, Dehradun, where he teaches and develops innovative course modules in Artificial Intelligence and Law, Cyber Law, Computer Forensics, Intellectual Property Law, and Data Protection frameworks, including GDPR and India’s DPDP Act 2023. He is also pursuing his Ph.D. in Law with a focus on cyber law and emerging technologies at ICFAI University, following his LL.M. in Cyber Law from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, where he graduated with distinction.
