Jessica Zakhour is a multilingual attorney and cyber law specialist with nearly a decade of international legal experience spanning litigation, corporate advisory, human rights, and digital governance. She is the Founder and Managing Partner of CMZ Law Group, LLP, an international practice operating across Lebanon, Brazil, Portugal, Cyprus, and Saudi Arabia, where she leads cross-border legal strategy, regulatory advisory, and complex dispute resolution.
Her expertise lies at the intersection of law and technology, with a focus on cyber law, data protection, AI governance, and internet regulation. She has advised multinational clients on corporate structuring, compliance, and dispute resolution, supported by a strong background in commercial litigation and international arbitration.
Zakhour is an active contributor to the Lebanon Internet Governance Forum (IGF), part of the UN IGF network, where she engages in multi-stakeholder discussions on digital policy and regulatory challenges. She has also been invited as a speaker, addressing cyber law, digital rights, and emerging legal risks in online environments. In parallel, she is the founder of DotSafe, a Lebanon-based NGO promoting digital safety, awareness, and legal literacy, with initiatives focused on cybercrime, online harassment, and digital gender-based violence.
