An advanced tier reserved for leaders in legal thought who contribute significant analytical depth and originality to cyber jurisprudence. Access to this rank requires at least two consecutive years of active service as a Scholar with an uninterrupted record of scholarly output. Direct entry as a Theorist is available to senior figures meeting stringent standards, such as Senior or King's Counsel (minimum 7 years of active practice), sitting or former judges (minimum 5 years of judicial service), or senior law faculty (Associate Professor level or higher for at least 5 years).
